She started her career in pharmaceutical line, as life progressed, she is blessed with 3 girls, including a pair of twins. As like all mothers, she wants to provide the best to her children. She begins baking after reading about the harmful additives added to commercial bread. As her interest in baking grew, she started experimenting in sourdough baking after learning about its benefits.
She further enhance her skills in baking sourdough bread when she had the chance to live in the United States.
She believes everyone should have a choice to eat healthy. Unfortunately there are not much of a choice out there for bread in Penang and Malaysia, and that is when she decides to opens Yin’s Sourdough Bakery. She wants to provide a healthy alternative to those who want to taste the benefits of real bread. She doesn’t know where this adventure will take her, but with her passion in baking, providing a healthy and beneficial alternative to the community, she does not think it will go wrong. She is all geared up for it.
